CASA ALFREDO: AN OASIS TO RELAX AND ENJOY
Casa Alfredo is near the village of Porto Valtravaglia directly on the Lago Maggiore. The view of the lake and on the mountains across offers an ever-changing spectacle in each season and all weather.
The Casa has three floors. Two of those can be rented, either separately or together for larger groups of friends or family reunions. The top floor is used by the owners.
The house is in a 4000 m2 (1 US acre) reclusive marvellous garden and has its private access to the lake. It offers many possibilities to sit, lie down, play, and enjoy life. Because of the special micro climate flowers bloom almost all year round. To the north there are no neighbours. To the south there are two villas also directly on the shore.
The house was entirely rebuilt in 2010. It offers high comfort with modern infrastructure. See details under ‘Amenities’.
The ground floor ‘Beach’ houses up to 8 people. It has 2 bedrooms (one with en suite bathroom, the other with its own covered terrace) toward the lake and one room with 4 bunk beds (2×2). An open kitchen and a large second bathroom are also included. Finally, a generous living room leads to the very large, partially covered terrace facing the lake.
The first floor ‘Bel Etage’ has room for 6 people. Guests can enjoy 2 large bedrooms towards the lake and garden (one with private balcony). Both have a comfortable en suite bathrooms and direct access to the common terrace facing the lake. An additional bedroom and bathroom are available for visitors as well (without direct lake view) A very modern and large kitchen is open towards the dining and living room. The vast terrace over-looking the lake is the ‘master piece’ of the Bel Etage.
